By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you:
Are at least 18 years old;Operate as a licensed real estate professional, broker, agency, or business entity;Have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
3. Payment and Subscription
Pricing: Our Services are offered on a subscription or one-time purchase basis as per our pricing structure.Billing: Payments are processed through our third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.Renewals & Cancellations: Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to our refund policy as outlined on our website.
4. License and Use Restrictions
License Grant: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your real estate business.Restrictions: You may not:Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Services;Use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities;Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to copy any part of the AI technology.
5. AI Bot Performance and Limitations
The AI chatbots and voice bots are designed to assist with lead engagement and appointment scheduling but do not guarantee conversions.We do not provide legal, financial, or real estate advice through our AI services.Performance depends on factors such as configuration, training, and third-party integrations.
6. Data Privacy and Security
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with data protection laws applicable to your business.We use commercially reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms such as CRM systems, scheduling tools, and real estate databases.We are not responsible for third-party services, their terms of use, or data handling practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the last 3 months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these terms, or any third-party claims related to your business operations.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:
